Once we have received your faulty Armstrong pump, we conduct an initial appraisal within 2 hours, fully investigating the issues you are facing. We then issue a quotation, highlighting all the issues discovered and how we propose going about the repairs. Once our quote has been accepted, our engineers go to work.
During the repair process, our trained technicians utilise pressure and leak testing (especially for sewage and water purification pumps) at our advanced testing facilities at Alpha Electrics. All repairs are made to the original manufacturing specifications.
Once all repair work is complete, we issue a repair report outlining all actions undertaken. Additionally we can provide advice on best practice for longevity, and if required, any ongoing pump maintenance for future use. We then deliver your product directly to your business anywhere in the UK.
