Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and the item is in working condition and/or you simply no longer need it, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If, for any reason, the item is faulty or is not as expected, we will be happy to inspect it and investigate further.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To request a return your return, please email us at with your order number and details of the issue you are facing. Our team will then contact you with next steps on how to return the item.

Please do not return your item without receiving confirmation and instructions from our team, this will help avoid any delays in processing. Please also do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

The item will then be inspected and if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.


Usually, once the refund has been processed, you will see it within a few days. On the odd occasion, it can take longer. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please may we kindly ask you to check your bank account again.

We will always provide a confirmation from our end to show on what date, to which account and for what amount the refund has been processed. If the refund is still not visible, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Finally, if you are still experiencing trouble, we kindly request you to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted and received.
