Eltra Encoder Repair:
Our Eltra encoder repair work can be applied to a variety of models including the EL - ER, EH and EF ranges.
Eltra encoders are high quality and hard wearing but can experience a range of issues during their lifespan. Some of these include pulse and signal jitters, low amplitude and irregular signalling, contamination and vibrational damage.
Our specialist testing and repair hub, the repair process starts by evaluating your faulty encoder allowing us to provide you with a detailed summary of any issues discovered.
Our encoder repair service normally takes between 4 - 5 days with faster turnarounds of less than 24 hours that can often be made available for business critical situations.
If a repair is not a viable option, a suitable replacement can be sourced from our comprehensive procurement network.

The Alpha Electrics 1-year Warranty on all servo motor and servo drive repairs gives
you peace of mind and reassurance in the work we carry out on your servo motor
and/or servo drive. In the unlikely event of a fault relating to our repair, you can
return it to us free of charge and we will resolve the issue immediately.
