SICK Encoder Repair:
Our SICK encoder repair work covers a variety of models including the Eco Line, Compact, High End and DB, AH, AF, SKM, SKS, EKM and EKS ranges.
SICK encoders are of high quality and hard wearing but over time can experience a range of issues during usage. These may include warped or bent shafts, pulse and signal jitters, failing to rotate, low amplitude, and excess ingress of contaminants.
The repair process to your faulty encoder begins with an initial inspection normally within 2 hours of receipt. All issues uncovered are outlined in a full quotation along with a detailed proposal of how we intend to carry out the work.
Once confirmed, the repair process service normally takes between 4 - 5 days. We can provide faster turnarounds of less than 24 hours, if you are facing a business critical situation.
If a repair is not a viable option, a suitable replacement can typically be sourced from our comprehensive procurement network.
1-Year Warranty On All Repairs
The Alpha Electrics 1-year Warranty on all servo motor and servo drive repairs gives
you peace of mind and reassurance in the work we carry out on your servo motor
and/or servo drive. In the unlikely event of a fault relating to our repair, you can
return it to us free of charge and we will resolve the issue immediately.
