How It Works
At Alpha Electrics, we understand how detrimental a faulty inverter or servo drive can be to a business. Our team has decades of experience repairing drives from the world’s largest brands, and can provide a number of options to bring your system back to a working state. In the unlikely event that we can not repair the fault, we can alternatively arrange for a replacement drive from our procurement network with major brands such as Control Techniques, Siemens, Lenze, SEW-Eurodrive and Fanuc.
INSPECTION & QUOTATION
To aid a speedy repair, we look to understand the nature of the fault and the basic specifications of your inverter drive. This can be done through a simple conversation and provision of photographic or video material.

REPAIR, TEST & REPORT
Once we have received your faulty drive, our in-house engineers conduct a thorough inspection, checking things like circuitry cables, power supplies and electrical componentry. We then generate a report outlining exactly the fault found, and how we intend to fix the problem along with a detailed quote

WARRANTY & MAINTENANCE
If a repair is viable, once your quote is accepted, the repair phase begins at our Leicester based workshop. Once repaired, your drive is then shipped back to you anywhere in the UK. Should a repair not be possible,

Understanding The Problem

The Alpha Electrics 1-year Warranty on all servo motor and servo drive repairs gives
you peace of mind and reassurance in the work we carry out on your servo motor
and/or servo drive. In the unlikely event of a fault relating to our repair, you can
return it to us free of charge and we will resolve the issue immediately.
